Deathloop has actually been delayed to September

Deathloop, Arkane’s time-looping shooter, is being delayed once again. The studio revealed today that Deathloop will now be showing up on Sept. 14,2021
In a declaration from game director Dinga Bakaba, art director Sebastien Mitton, and the Arkane Lyon group, they state they are devoted to the quality and aspirations set out for Deathloop, while also guaranteeing the healthy and security of those at the studio.

” We excuse the extended wait and thank you all for your passion and enjoyment,” read the declaration. “It is the fuel that powers our imagination and our effort. We can’t wait to show you more Deathloop quickly!”.
Deathloop was formerly set to launch next month, a date pressed back from its initial window of the PlayStation 5’s launch. There have still been updates over the last few months on Arkane’s mix of superpowers, firepower, and a Groundhog Day-style loop with two assassins on the prowl.
It seems like we’re not done with delays yet this year, however. TT Games just recently confirmed that LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Legend will miss its spring window, and games like Back 4 Blood, Mankind, and even the Analogue Pocket have all suffered delays. Xbox’s Phil Spencer said in 2015 that 2021’s games would feel the impact of the pandemic and shift to remote deal with advancement, and that seems to be concerning fulfillment.
